I spent fourteen years inside hospital and clinic operations — leading EHR migrations across 250+ clinicians, founding workforce pipelines, designing custom systems. The software always fell short of the work.

So I built. I work AI-first — not as a feature I add to things, but as the methodology. It's how an operational problem becomes shipped software at a pace nothing in my old industry could match.
